In Giles’ lessons you have the space and time to focus on what issues and goals you have.  There is no expectation to perform to any preset ‘standard’.  Giles is gifted at assessing the horse/rider relationship and his clients have found that softly, softly they are achieving their wildest dreams.

Working on Dressage, Show Jumping or Cross Country the clinic is suitable for any level of horse or rider from complete novice to advanced. Giles has a positive manner that has produced many ‘hobby riders’ from that level right through to competing at International competitions.  He also has great success in ‘unravelling’ the issues surrounding what many people regard as ‘problem horses’.

Until recently, Giles ran his own very successful event yard from where he produced and competed young horses through to Three Day CCI** level, for new owners to then take on to three star level.  This background has given him the experience to combine aspects from all disciplines to achieve the results that each individual rider requires. 

Giles specialises in training Dressage and Show Jumping at Sykehouse Arena, where we also boast a small Cross Country paddock to practice cross country techniques.
